Charlcie Pettway Vann, one of JSU's public service librarians, researched photos and books pertaining the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and 50th anniversary of the March on Washington in honor of African American History Month. All are welcomed to visit Houston Cole Library, see the display and check out books on the subjects.
