Senior Art Show "I Am Ready" Opens April 12

The BA/BFA Senior Show  "I Am Ready" opens in the Hammond Hall Art Gallery on Thursday, April 12 from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This show features the work of 13 graduating seniors:

• Sam Cook: a series of posters involving faith
• Amanda Porter: a wall piece about the awareness of endangered species
• Bradley Koehler: T-shirt and skateboard designs, with full business layout with logo
• Shane Holman: game design concept with standup and video trailer
• Lindsay Boehmler: a series of posters and programs for plays and dramas for the JSU drama dept
• Jillian Higgins: illustrated childrens book about the funny things her daughter says
• Lauren Homburger: a documentary about the “Definition of a Hero” and dvd packaging design
• Jana Tolliver: character design and graphic novel
• Jason Pritchett: character design and graphic novel with standup and media display
• Chuck Garrison: business suite for custom motorcycle design shop
• Joshua T. Benefield: installation piece about the sacrifice of the one for the many, a soldier
• Justin Martin: installation piece, multisided with backlit fabric screens
• Erika Jones: process of bookmaking from prints to digital works

This exhibit is free and open to the public.
