New Miss JSU to be Crowned on Friday, January 16

The 2015 Miss Jacksonville State University Scholarship Pageant will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Leone Cole Auditorium on the JSU campus. Miss JSU 2014, Jayme Wagner, will crown her successor.

 
Multiple Grammy Nominee to Start off the Foothills Piano Festival

Allison Brewster Franzetti will present in a recital on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. There also will be a performance from JSU faculty flutist Dr. Jeremy Benson. The concert is free and open to the public.

Network Upgrades Scheduled for January 19

On Monday, January 19, Jacksonville State University Information Technology will upgrade the network infrastructure. This upgrade will require a maintenance window from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Network traffic will be disrupted for periods during the maintenance window. This upgrade will provide redundancy in a key piece of equipment. JSU IT would like to thank everyone for their understanding as we work to provide better service to all of our customers.

LSAT Practice Test Scheduled for January 31

An actual LSAT Practice Test will be administered on Saturday, Jan. 31, at 8 a.m. for currently enrolled JSU Students. Location is 105 Martin Hall. The test is free but you MUST register by Wednesday, Jan. 28.
