The Office of Human Resources will provide refresher staff performance review training in preparation for the 2014 staff performance review process. This process will evaluate staff employee performance for 2013. JSU strives for continuous improvement as a learning-centered community committed to developing the ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and collaboratively and communicate effectively. The staff performance review process gives us an opportunity to exhibit this mission in all we do and in all relationships. It is important that all employees understand how what they do each day contributes to the achievement of JSU’s goals in a manner demonstrating our values.
This training will be required for new supervisors and employees hired April 1, 2013 through December 1, 2013. Supervisors and employees who attended training last year may register; however, first seating will be given to supervisors and employees who did not have the opportunity to attend training last year. Human Resources will be available to facilitate department-level performance review training in the future. Please contact Human Resources to schedule department-level training.
Training registration is required for planning purposes. Only supervisors should register for the "JSU Supervisor Staff Performance Evaluation Training" sessions. Online registration is available now through the Office of Continuing Education at the link below.
