Faculty and staff new to proposal development and/or the external funding process on JSU's campus are invited to join The JSU Institute for Research and Collaboration (IRC) for a professional development session on proposal development. The session is scheduled for Thursday, November 21 at 10 a.m.in the Gold Room of Bibb Graves Hall. This session provides attendees with a high-level overview of the functions within the Institute for Research and Collaboration. The functions include highlighting the pre-award, award, and post award phases of a grant.
Attendees will understand the roles of staff involved in the pre-award, award, and post award phases of a grant. At the end of the session, participants will also understand the functions of the JSU Institute for Research and Collaboration.
