PEEHIP, HUMANA, CompBenefits Open Enrollment Deadline Aug. 31


The last day to enroll and/or submit changes to your PEEHIP insurance, as well as the HUMANA/CompBenefits Vision plan is Sat., Aug. 31, 2013. Please remember:

PEEHIP and HUMANA/CompBenefits Insurance Plans
•        All forms mailed to PEEHIP must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2013.
•        Members will be allowed to enroll and/or make changes to their PEEHIP Insurance plan ONLINE ONLY through Sep. 10.
•        Enrollment forms for the HUMANA/CompBenefits Vision plan can be found on HR’s open enrollment page. Enrollment or changes to this plan should be submitted to Human Resources no later than Aug. 31, 2013.  The HUMANA/CompBenefit forms should not be mailed to PEEHIP.
•        The HUMANA/CompBenefit Vision Plan is completely separate from PEEHIP’s plan. If you are currently enrolled in PEEHIP’s Vision plan and wish to change to HUMANA/CompBenefits you may do so by completing the appropriate enrollment form.  
•        It is your responsibility to cancel PEEHIP’s vision plan if you do not wish to continue participation. 

Flexible Spending Plans
•        The deadline for enrollment into PEEHIP’s Flexible Spending Plan is Sep. 30, 2013. The new flex plan year begins Oct. 1, 2013.
•        Enrollment into this plan is REQUIRED every year, regardless to whether or not you are making any changes.
