Early Spring Frog Pond Adventure on Saturday, March 2

Experience “love” from a frog’s point of view! Join the one-and-only “Dr. Frog” George Cline (JSU Biology) for an unforgettable evening of romance and songs from the first amphibian voices of the season. Learn to identify frog songs and get a hands-on experience with these slippery creatures. Participate in Frog Watch USA. Subject to weather, water level/drought conditions. Bring a flash light and wear mud-loving shoes! Children of all ages and their adults will have a wonderful experience during this program.

Where: JSU Frog Pond (White Plains, AL: From Hwy 78 Turn North on Hwy 9; just after mile marker 224 take a right on the hard packed gravel/dirt road (Joseph Springs Motorway); travel .4 mile & turn left into the gravel frog pond parking area.)

Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
