BP-Sponsored Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative Awards New Grants 19 groups receive funds to study effects of Deepwater Horizon oil spill

The Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative, or GoMRI, announced on August 10 that it has approved funding for 19 grants that will support studies of the effects of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on the Gulf of Mexico. Roughly $20 million will be awarded to these researchers over the next three years.

JSU offers Electronic Direct Deposit (EDD) of student account refunds. If your financial aid paperwork is complete and your funds are ready to disburse to your account, you will receive your refund on September 11 if by EDD or September 18 if by check.
