Jacksonville State University's Certificate in Emergency Management program is designed to give emergency managers the opportunity to expand their knowledge base, without pursuing a formal graduate degree at this time. Individuals must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution to be eligible to enter the certificate program.
