LiveText
The LiveText Blackboard building block allows for automatic sign-on to the LiveText system (used by the JSU College of Education and Professional Studies) for faculty and students from within Blackboard.
After one-time initial authentication, access to the LiveText dashboard is available with a single click from inside any Blackboard course.

Instructions for Making LiveText Available in Your Course (Faculty):
- Access Tool Availability from the Customization section of the Control Panel.
- Select the Link to LiveText and LiveText-SSO boxes and click Submit.
- From the Add Menu Item menu at the top of the Course Menu, select Create Course Link.
- Browse to select the
LiveText-SSO tool, enter a name (suggested: LiveText), select the
Available to Users box, and click
Submit.
