Dr. Wei Ning is an Assistant Professor of Management at Jacksonville State University who is passionate about teaching and studying working individuals’ organizational life. Wei holds a BS in computer science from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunication in China and an MBA from University of Detroit Mercy. He also pursued doctoral studies in Texas A&M International University. Before his career in Jacksonville State University, Wei spent two years teaching Organizational Behavior and International Business in Texas A&M International University. His current research and teaching interests include generational differences in organizations, work life balance, and human resource initiatives that aim to promote workplace creativity.
