Online@JSU is Available For You!

Online@JSU strives to serve the Jax State faculty, staff, and student community with professionalism and expertise. Our services include instructional design and professional development for faculty and staff which encourage best practices in teaching and learning online, creating and building online courses, and technical support for students, faculty, and staff for software such as Canvas, Turnitin, Studio, Honorlock, and Teams for Canvas courses. (Teams is supported in partnership with the Division of Information Technology.)

As always, continue to contact us at any time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, by emailing us at online@jsu.edu or by calling us at 256-782-8172.

However, if you would like to reserve a time with a specific member of our office, you can do so by "booking time" with us! Simply locate the member of our professional staff listed below and click on the associated "book time" button to reserve your meeting time. Each meeting occurs in Microsoft Teams unless otherwise arranged.
