SUBJECT:       Employee Benefit Meetings

 

 

At this point all employees should have received and had an opportunity to review the information in their Open Enrollment Handbooks from PEEHIP. The Office of Human Resources will be holding informational meetings on Thursday, August 9, 2007 and Tuesday August 28, 2007. The purpose of the meetings will be to communicate PEEHIP changes effective October 1, 2007 and answer questions regarding the information included in the open enrollment packets.  There will also be a representative present from CompBenefits to answer questions you may have regarding the Vision Care plan.  Employees are encouraged to attend one of the scheduled sessions. 

 YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RSVP TO ATTEND.

 

Meetings will be held at Self Hall – Room 236 as follows:

 

                   Thursday, August 9, 2007

                   10:00 am & 1:00 pm

                                      &

                   Tuesday, August 28, 2007

                   10:00 am & 1:00 pm
