The Scholarly Gourmet: A Collection of Recipes from Alabama’s Public Universities

Alabama's Higher Education Partnership is celebrating its 10th anniversary through a fundraising project to support the Higher Education Partnership Foundation dedicated to funding leadership and educational programs for university students. This funding project features a memorable cookbook The Scholarly Gourmet, a collection of recipes from faculty, staff and alumni of Alabama's public universities. The cookbook also contains recipes, stories, and photographs of famous Alabama alumni.

This LIMITED EDITION Cookbook, published in the fall of 2007, should be ready to ship no later than December 10th and should be ordered as soon as possible to insure Christmas delivery.

Of interest to members of the Jacksonville State University community, the cookbook includes recipes from Dr. and Mrs. Meehan, Rick and Bubba and Mr. James Haywood.
