Jacksonville State University's 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Day

Jacksonville State University will be hosting its 8th annual Emerging Leaders Day on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in the Leone Cole Auditorium beginning at 9:15 a.m. Through the Emerging Leaders Day program, over 200 high school juniors will participate in various leadership activities. These students will represent high schools from the surrounding area counties in Alabama as well as some counties in Georgia.

The goal of this program is to provide students with information on how to be effective leaders in their schools and communities. One participant from Emerging Leaders Day will be chosen to receive a Leadership Scholarship at the closing of the program.
