CAMPUS EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING
Ever wondered what you should do in an emergency? UPD will present training on the JSU Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and specific emergency response protocols to the campus community.

Two training sessions have been scheduled for Theron Montgomery Building Auditorium. Training sessions will be on Wednesday, 26 September and Thursday, September 27 at 1 p.m. till 3 p.m.

This training is a broad overview of the JSU Emergency Operations Plan and will cover specific EOP Hazard Appendices such as severe weather, fires, bomb threats, and an active shooter response. Training will also cover prevention of campus violence, how and when to report disruptive behavior, and recommended protective steps.

Deans and Directors are strongly encouraged to support this training.
