As JSU works toward increasing enrollment, we continue to attract and build programs outside of the traditional brick-and-mortar university.   Just as the university utilizes technology to expand our offerings beyond the physical campus, it can also use technology to communicate with potential students. 

 

Joe Hard, Dean of University Admission and Enrollment at Kennesaw State University will discuss how integrating technology, such as email, text messaging and customized web portals, and the personal touch of telecounseling can increase enrollment chances.

 

Topics will include:

  • The power of telecounseling in the enrollment process
  • The history of a successful telecounseling program
  • The move toward a technology-based process and why the move was made
  • Process changes and results of technology based vs. traditional telecounseling methods

 This seminar is free and will be conducted using an online web conference and a corresponding conference call.    Anyone involved in enrollment management or admissions strategy is encouraged to attend
