Food Doesn’t Have to be Boring

High blood pressure is only one of the health problems associated with excess sodium intake. According to the American Medical Association, too much sodium in the diet may threaten bone density and strength, increase risk of stomach cancer, increase incidence of kidney stones, and may even disrupt cell-repair mechanisms. It’s probably a good idea for everyone to limit salt or sodium in the diet.
