Guinness World Record / Cans Across America Event
As part of the Campus Dining Resident Dining Promotion Series, Sodexho Campus Services will be holding a very special Cans Across America event on Wednesday October 18th. This event is somewhat different from other promotions because the focus is on setting the Guinness World Record for the most canned goods collected in a 24-hour period.

Jacksonville State University will be joining other learning institutions across the country in an attempt to set this record.

Sodexho would like to have everyone involved in setting this record.

The incentive for providing canned donations will be a pizza/pasta party for up to 80 members. For every can that your organization donates, it will count as one point; the organization with the most points wins. There is a minimum can donation of 20 cans to be eligible for the contest; all other canned donations are greatly appreciated.

A Sodexho representative will be in the food court of the TMB from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to accept your donations.

Sodexho has selected United Way to receive all of the canned goods collected during this event.
