Open Enrollment Deadline Reminder
The deadline for making changes to your insurance coverage is as follows:

Deadline	Plan
August 31, 2006	PEEHIP Insurance Plans
August 31, 2006	CompBenefits Vision Plan
September 30, 2006	PEEHIP Flexible Spending Plan

All forms for PEEHIP changes should be mailed directly to PEEHIP and must be post marked on or before August 31, 2006. If for some reason you should miss the August 31st deadline, you will be allowed to enroll/make changes to your PEEHIP coverage ONLINE ONLY from September 1 – September 10, 2006.

PEEHIP forms can be found on their website at www.rsa.state.al or you can contact the Human Resources Department at ext. 5007 to request forms for both PEEHIP and CompBenefits.

Enrollment forms for the new Vision plan – CompBenefits – should be sent to the Office of Human Resources – 329 Bibb Graves Hall.
