Jacksonville Restricts Non-essential Water Use

Because of drought conditions, Jacksonville City Hall has announced water usage restrictions daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. until further notice. The restrictions apply to all non-essential uses, such as watering lawns and washing cars. If watering is necessary, it should be done between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., non-peak usage hours, according to the announcement.
