Gamecocks Will Take Campaign on Road in '06
Can you still get “RDWRIOR” on an Alabama state license plate? If Jacksonville
State is going to reclaim the Ohio Valley Conference football title that eluded it last year, road warriors are what the Gamecocks
will have to be.
Now, with only four home games on the schedule this year, the Gamecocks will have to be road warriors. Included in that gauntlet
are games at both teams picked ahead of them in virtually every preseason OVC polls — Eastern Kentucky and Eastern Illinois.
It's no time to be road worriers.
