The Food Guys: The Majestic Turkey —
Ground Up and Put in Sauce
Roasted, skinless turkey breast should be a regular part of a healthy diet and
not just a Thanksgiving treat. It is best to buy a whole turkey breast without
added self-basting oils or ground turkey breast without added skin. Ground
turkey breast is an excellent substitute for ground beef in burgers, tacos and spaghetti sauce. See story at The Anniston Star's website: www.annistonstar.com.
