Mind Games

Joseph Carter

When Joe Carter was searching for a play to satisfy his senior project at Jacksonville State University, he had one criteria — simplicity. Carter’s performance in George Orwell's "1984," which runs tonight through Saturday in the Ernest Stone Performing Arts Center at JSU, is part of his senior practicum, a project that all senior drama students must complete. It involves a field-specific performance and a 30-page research paper detailing the student’s experiences preparing for a role. See story at The Anniston Star's website: www.annistonstar.com.

Note: JSU faculty, staff and students may access The Anniston Star online through their affiliation with the University.
