Emerging Leaders Day Program Nov. 8
Jacksonville State University will be hosting its 6th annual Emerging Leaders Day on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 in Theron Montgomery Building auditorium beginning at 9:15 a.m. Through the Emerging Leaders Day program, approximately 250 high school juniors will participate in various leadership activities. These students will represent high schools from fifteen counties in Alabama as well as three counties in Georgia.

The goal of this program is to provide students with information on how to be effective leaders in their schools and communities. One participant from Emerging Leaders Day will be chosen to receive a Leadership Scholarship at the closing of the program.
