Junkins Named President, CEO
for Colonial Region
Leah Junkins has been named president and CEO of retail banking for Colonial Bank's Alabama and Georgia operations.

Junkins, whose office is based in Foley, is responsible for the growth and profitability of approximately 120 retail offices throughout Alabama and Georgia, as well as the growth of non-interest income in business lines such as mortgage lending, merchant services, business banking and financial planning.

Junkins, who holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from Jacksonville State University, began her career with Colonial in 1992. Junkins is also a graduate of Banking Administration Institute's Retail Banking School at the University of Wisconsin.
