JSU Announces Parent Hotline

Parents who have questions in connection with their students attending Jacksonville State University may now call the Parent Hotline at (256)782-8888 and leave a message and contact number.

The office of the associate vice president for academic affairs at JSU monitors the voice mail system throughout the day and will forward all questions to the appropriate department. Someone from the department will make a return call addressing the question.

JSU established the hotline because parents frequently do not know who to call or do not have access to JSU's website (www.jsu.edu). The new hotline is designed to reduce the response time for finding answers.
