The photo of Venice was taken this summer - July 18 or 19 - at
sunset of a gondola "parking lot" on the grand canal at San Marco's
Square. The grand canal continues to the right of this picture, towards
the Realto Bridge. The canal at the bottom of the picture
is the canal under the bridge of Sighs.
