JSU freshman Gina Stewart writes, "The picture was made by my Uncle Wayne Brown at Coleman Lake in Cleburne county. The picture was made late in the afternoon and the kind of bird is unknown to me. The picture was a spontaneous effort by my uncle who gave no thought at the time of the kind of bird, only to the beauty of the instant."


"This is another picture that was made by my Uncle Wayne during the same time frame as the one made at Coleman Lake. The church stands nearby the lake and was built in 1896. It is still in use today for occasional church functions."
