JSU's Homecoming 2004 Queen and Court

5 November, 2004 — The traditional Homecoming bonfire sponsored by SGA was held at Paul Carpenter Field Thursday, October 4, at 8 p.m. Results of this year's Homecoming Queen election were announced. The new Homecoming Queen for Homecoming 2004 is Rachel Townson.

Rachel is sponsored by Kappa Alpha Order and is a member of the Phi Mu fraternity. She is also the Mimosa Athletics Editor. She is a senior majoring in Physical Education. Her parents are Rick and Lynn Townson of Cleveland, AL.

Members of this year's court include Brooke Davis, sponsored by Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Brooke is a senior majoring in Elementary Education. Her parents are Steve and Betsy Davis of Flat Rock, AL. Another member of the court is Allison Land, sponsored by Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Allison is a sophpomore majoring in Communications. She is the daughter of Alan Land and Elizabeth Britt Carroll of Marietta, Georgia. Bryanna Nicole Nelms, sponsored by Delta Zeta sorority, is also a member of the court. Bryanna is a sophomore majoring in Criminal Justice. Her parents are Bryan and Vicki Nelms of Tuscaloosa, AL. Abbie Lauren Wilbanks, sponsored by Phi Mu fraternity, was also named to the court. Abbie is a junior majoring in Special Education. Her parents are Tim and Debbie Wilbanks of Lanett, AL.
