Alabama Ghost Lore at Cheaha with Renee Morrison Oct. 9

21 September, 2004 — Join Jacksonville State University Field School Coordinator Renee Morrison for a fun night of spine-tingling and deliciously frightening Alabama ghost lore, tales  such as The Snake Charmer of Old Davis Town, Shape Shifters of Choccolocco Valley, Ghost Dogs of Cheaha Mountain, and Handwriting on the Dusty Mirror. Her tales are often enhanced by live animals and audience participation.

Cheaha State Park is hosting the annual Arts & Crafts Festival that day, so come up early for shopping, enjoy a leisurely dinner in the lodge dining room, and stay late for storytelling. The ghost stories will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Bald Rock Pavilion, Cheaha State Park, on 9 October 2004. Admission is free. For more information call 782-5697.
