Click It or Ticket Campaign

10 September 2004 -- The University Police Department will begin its annual Click It or Ticket campaign by setting up seatbelt checkpoints throughout campus today.  Officers from UPD will be ticketing seat belt violations and municipal violations.

“If you are stopped at a checkpoint, be prepared to present your driver’s license and your insurance card to the officer working the checkpoint.  The University Police will be out in full force this year to ensure that everyone on campus stays safe”, said Corporal Neil Fetner of the Jacksonville State University Police Department.
