Last Chance To See Taste of the Town's Opener--"THE FOURPOSTER" |

This is just a reminder that Taste of the Town Summer Series is running right now with the final weekend--July 10 - 12--of one of the two plays being offered this summer. THE
FOURPOSTER, by Jan deHartog, features the JSU husband and wife team of Randy and Denise Davis, and is an
old-fashioned romantic comedy. (We're almost sold out for this weekend, so get your tickets now!) ABSURD PERSON SINGULAR, by Alan Ayckbourn, is a comic-farce featuring three couples on three Christmases in a different kitchen each year. It runs July 17-20 and 24-26. Tickets for the dinner shows are $25.00. *** HOWEVER, JSU faculty and staff may purchase a maximum of two tickets for each production for $22.00 each if the tickets are for a Thursday performance (no exchanges without a $3.00 per ticket charge).*** We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as well as personal checks and cash. Call 5648 to make your reservations. The children's show this year is THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA adapted by Eric Traynor. As with all Traynor shows, there is a little twist to the story. Come prepared for a delightful afternoon. Dates remaining for this show are July 8-12 and 14-18. All tickets are $5.00. Groups should make paid reservations to assure seating together. |
