CCBA Presents Faculty Excellence Awards |
Photos By Steve Latham JACKSONVILLE -- October 21, 2002 -- The Jacksonville State University College of Commerce and Business Administration recently presented faculty awards for excellence, including four $500 awards, during a recent convocation. Dr. William Fielding, dean, presented the four cash awards to Dr. Jeff Zanzig, assistant professor of accounting, 2001-2002 recipient of the Bob and Lou Kennamer Award for Excellence in Teaching; Mr. Jeffrey A. Parker, instructor of marketing, 2001-2002 recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching; Dr. Chris Westley, assistant professor of economics, recipient of the 2001-2002 Dean’s Faculty Award for Excellence in Research; and to Dr. Mark Hearn, associate professor of management, recipient of the 2001-2002 Dean’s Faculty Award for Excellence in Service. Certificates for Excellence in Teaching during the 2001-2002 Academic Year were awarded to Dr. Doris Bennett, Dr. Patricia Borstorff, Dr. Shawn Carter, Dr. Brent Cunningham, Dr. Kenneth W. H. Day, Dr. Frank Fuller, Dr. Ben Hardy, Dr. William Mark Hearn, Mr. Floyd Kirby, Dr. William E. Loftin, Dr. Michael B. Marker, Dr. Cynthia McCarty, Dr. James McIntyre, Mr. Gene Padgham, Mr. Jeffrey A. Parker, Dr. Angela Sandberg, Dr. Cynthia Sneed, Dr. John Sneed, Dr. James L. Thomas, Dr. Joann K. Williams and Dr. Jeff Zanzig.
