4th Annual Jax Lions Club Chief Ladiga 5K Race

Please join us for the 4th Annual Chief Ladiga 5K! Get in shape before you graduate!

The 4th Annual Chief Ladiga 5K will be held on Saturday, April 19 at Pete Mathews Coliseum. The race will start at 8:00 a.m. Registration will open inside Pete Mathews Coliseum at 7:30 a.m. To access a map of the race course, click on http://trackfiles.8k.com/5k-map/.

Age group winners will win the coveted bobblehead lions trophies again this year (see picture). All participants receive race t-shirts.

There will also be a children's Mad Dash around the Track for the little ones. All race proceeds support local services provided by the Jacksonville Lions Club. Walkers are welcome as well.

If anyone is interested in volunteering (we need people at aid stations to hand out water, cheer on runners, help with race times, etc.) please contact Laurie Charnigo at charnigo@jsu.edu.

The fee for the race is $15 on race day and $12 if received before race day. If you are on campus, feel free to send a check to the Jacksonville Lions Club with registration form to Laurie Charnigo Phillips at Houston Cole Library in order to get the pre-registration price for $12 instead of $15.
