CCS Offers Workshop:
"Healthy You: A Nutrition Workshop"

Counseling & Career Services and JSU NAMI will be sponsoring “Healthy You: A Nutrition Workshop” on Thursday, March 27 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Room 303, Theron Montgomery Building. Tiffany Moore, Calhoun County Extension Agent, will be the featured speaker. Topics that will be covered during the workshop include nutrition, body image and eating disorders.

 

March is National Nutrition Month. Visit nutrition.gov for information about healthy eating, food safety, physical activity, and more.

Counseling and Career Services sponsors a variety of workshops and events designed to assist students in their career, education, and personal development. These programs are provided free of charge to members of the JSU community.
