SUBJECT:  Appreciation for your Outstanding Work

 

Thanks to all our faculty, staff and students who participated in the final Preview Day of the academic year this past weekend.  You are to be commended for doing such a great job in welcoming our guests.

Despite the snow and a temperature of 19 degrees, we were within three registrations of last year's record number. This was the 2nd highest crowd for a Preview Day in the last 10 years, which brings our total registrations for first-time freshmen and transfer students for our two Spring 2008 Preview Days to 563, also the 2nd highest.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to work on a Saturday for our new students and for proving that JSU is indeed the Friendliest Campus in the South.
