Campus Dining Promotion Series
Road Trip Across America Features Miami's South Beach

On Friday, March 7th, Jack Hopper Dining Hall will be celebrating Miami with a South Beach promotion.� This promotion is the 6th this year in a series of campus dining promotions that Sodexho has been participating in called Road Trip Across America.�

This South Beach promotion will be observed during lunch (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and dinner (4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.).� We will be serving Curried Spinach Soup with Toasted Coconut, Cuban Rice Salad with Corn & Beans, Chicken Sofrito, Caribbean-Style Ratatouille, Molasses Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Citrus Rice, and Key Lime Pie.� Please come join us as we celebrate Miami!
