Annual Music at the Museum Dessert Extravaganza

Give your senses a delightful treat by listening to pianist Kathryn Fouse and vocalist G. William Bugg while enjoying desserts from area bakers at the annual Music at the Museum Dessert Extravaganza. Sample desserts contributed by David Mashburn, Laura Worthington of “Just Desserts,” and JSU’s own music faculty member and culinary expert Dr. Nathan Wight. Specialties created by the Anniston Museum of Natural History employees and League members will also be featured.

Music of France and the Americas will be performed by bass vocalist Dr. Bugg of Samford University, who is equally comfortable with operatic repertoire and cabaret music. Colleague Dr. Fouse and he have performed together extensively and will be featured at Carnegie Hall later this year. Don’t miss this highly anticipated event on Sunday, February 24th at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets are $10.00 and may be purchased by calling June Sariano of the Anniston Museum of Natural History at 237-6766.

For more information on the concert series Music at the Museum, call Dr. Wendy Faughn at 782-8258.
