Join Us for Wellness Wednesday January 23
Join the fun at the first 2008 Wellness Wednesday in the Jack Hopper Dining Hall Wednesday, January 23rd. This month's program - "Choosing Wisely" - will address how to make healthy eating choices when surrounded by the numerous dining options in the cafeteria.

The short presentation will be given in the far right section of the cafeteria beginning at 12:30 p.m.
