Mistress of Ceremonies

Jamie Langley
Miss JSU 2006
Miss Alabama 2007

Jamie Langley, Miss Alabama 2007 and the Mistress of Ceremonies of this year's Miss JSU pageant, is a familiar face at Jacksonville State University. Currently taking a year away from school to fulfill her duties as Miss Alabama, Langley is a senior majoring in Communications with a minor in Music. She was a member of JSU's Encore and the recipient of a JSU Encore Elite Performance Scholarship. Her community service platform is Cardiac Care: From the Heart.

Combining her scholastic ambition and her community service, she created and hosted a TV show "From the Heart" and has written and served as an on-air talent for multiple American Heart Association public service announcements. Langley is also a volunteer and fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network. Her parents are Jeff and Mailey Langley of Wadley.

She asks for your prayers and support as she travels to Las Vegas, Nevada to compete for Miss America 2008 on January 26.
