JSU Alumnus Earl Wise Named 1st Vice President & Commercial Lender of The Peoples Bank
The Peoples Bank recently hired JSU Alumnus Earl Wise as first vice president and commercial lender with the bank.

Wise has worked in the commercial lending profession for more than 13 years, most recently as senior vice president with the Monroe branch of First Piedmont Bank.

He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Jacksonville State University where he graduated with honors. In 2002, he completed the graduate school of banking program at Louisiana State University.

The Peoples Bank was founded in 1926 and operates as a community-oriented, independent bank with seven offices located in Winder, Athens, Auburn, Braselton and Statham.
