JSU Alum Wayne Parrish Receives Promotion
in Mississippi's Department of Transportation

Wayne Parrish has been named director of freight, rails, ports and waterways division in Mississippi's Department of Transportation. He has 14 years of transportation planning experience. Parrish earned bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics from Jacksonville State University.
