Farshad Azadi, who recently received a Master's in Public Adminstration degree from Jacksonville State University, has published a book entitled Out of Darkness into the Light about his daring escape from Iran and journey to America and arrival at an American university--Jacksonville State University in Alabama.

In this book, Farshad tells his story of how the Lord brought him out of the darkness. He exposes details depicting the different kinds of persecution used by the Iranian secret police. His purpose of disclosing these details is to remember the thousands of Iranians who are being tortured in underground prisons for various reasons, including naming Christ as their Lord and to let the world know of their plight.
