JSU Field Schools Deep Canyon Hike

This is our most challenging and rewarding hike of the year! Join JSU's Dr. Kelly Gregg, Dr. Jonathon Herbert, Rich Hulsey and Bobby Floyd for an unforgettable view of one of Alabama’s natural wonders, Little River Canyon.

The hike requires sturdy footwear, tough clothing, plenty of drinking water, lunch, snacks, stamina, and endurance. It’s an experience of a lifetime!

Pre-registration is required. Transportation is available for a limited number of early registrants. CEUs are available for teachers upon request.

Time:     9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fee:      $15/person; Pre-registration is required.
              Not recommended for children under 14.
