Annual Communication Week Luncheon
Featuring CNN's Reynolds Wolf

The Jacksonville State University Department of Communication will hold its annual Communication Week Luncheon on Thursday, April 12, 2007. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m. Reynolds Wolf, CNN Weather Anchor and Jacksonville State University graduate, is the keynote speaker. Wolf is scheduled to speak at 12:15 p.m. on the 11th Floor of Houston Cole Library.

See the Clanton Advertiser's story about how Wolf's experience covering the "Palm Sunday" tornadoes during the tornado outbreak in Northeast Alabama while working as a photographer for WISU out of Anniston sent Wolf from behind the camera to in front of it as a reporter—"JHS Grad Hired on as CNN Weatherman."

Tickets will be for sale to both the public and students. Cost of tickets for the general public is $10; cost for students is $5. Reservations for the general public must be made by Wednesday, April 4, 2007. Reservations for students must be made by Monday, April 9, 2007. For reservations please contact Tammy Mize 782-5300.
