Love Song Night with JSU Chamber Singers

On Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. the JSU Chamber Singers will perform a concert entitled “Aspects of Love” in the Performance Center of Mason Hall. The concert will feature music dealing with issues of the heart, including selections from Johannes Brahms' Liebeslieder Walzer (love song waltzes), classical art songs, and duets from Oklahoma, Gigi, Porgy & Bess, as well as other musical theatre selections.

The JSU Chamber Singers is a select 17-voice ensemble under the direction of JSU Director of Choral Activities, Dr. Patricia Corbin and is accompanied by Christy D’Ambrosio. Dr. Gail Steward, JSU piano professor, will also be a featured performer.
