University Housing Survey
Prize Incentives for Respondents

Jacksonville State University is considering building additional student housing. This survey is designed to learn about your housing preferences. We encourage you to take the time to complete the survey, even if you are not interested in campus housing at this time. As an incentive, the prizes below will be awarded to four randomly selected students who complete the survey by March 12, 2007.

First Prize: $200

Three Additional Prizes: $100

To be eligible, you must supply contact information on the form that will pop up after you have successfully submitted your survey.

Remember, the deadline is March 12, 2007! We greatly appreciate your time and cooperation in completing the questionnaire.

Anderson Strickler, LLC, a student housing consulting firm, is conducting this survey for Jacksonville State University. The consultants will handle all replies. Your participation is strictly confidential; the consultants will use the information you provide in group form only and will not identify any individuals in the analysis.
