Science Olympiad Tournament

Students from 14 Alabama high schools will gather on the Jacksonville State University Campus for the Science Olympiad competition on Saturday, February 10th. The competition will run from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Leone Cole Auditorium.

The Science Olympiad is a national, non-profit organization designed to promote scientific literacy among all students, a goal shared by education, business, industry and government. The tournament is patterned after athletic competitions. Individuals and teams will compete in events such as Flight, Forensics, Wheeled Vehicle, and Geology.
