The Jacksonville State University Wellness Center's health promotion campaign—“Get Well JSU”—featuring Wellness Wednesdays in the Jack Hopper Cafeteria, a monthly event—continues with the second "Wellness Wednesday" program scheduled to take place Feb. 14.

Faculty, staff and students will be offered a healthy-choice lunch line—located on the right side of the cafeteria beginning at 11:30 a.m.— featuring healthy foods such as baked fish, wheat rolls, brown rice with peas, sautéed squash medley, manicotti with marinara, steamed cabbage, tossed salad and fruit salad.

Following lunch Gina Mabrey, JSU's Wellness Coordinator,
